WelcomeWhat does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? If a brother or sister is naked anddestituteofdaily food, and one of you says to them, "Depart in peace, be warmed and filled," but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead (James 2:14-17).
The elders at Eagle Way try to have activities that every one inthe church can participate in, in some way. We enjoy fellowship meals together and other activities to encourage one another to live the Christian life. We also have activities to promote missionary efforts around the world and programs to help those in our community learn more about God.
We know from the Scriptures about the compassion of Christ, and, since we are followers of Him, we need to be compassionate also. We have reached out in times of need to help with local, national, and international concerns. We want to be a blessing to the world around us.
